THE DESIGN PROCESS
For a custom shape LOGOpaperCLIP....
Here are the order process steps...
Customer provides artwork that is to be converted into a bent wire shape.
LSA prepares a "feasibility" which is an initial commentary on the viability of the project.
Customer requests a full-size "virtual".
LSA prepares the virtual.
Customer places an order with LSA via FAX or e-mail (including final artwork)
LSA presents invoice to customer calling for 50% deposit (LSA accepts major credit cards, EFT, wires checks)
LSA prepares a final virtual and e-mails to customer for approval
Customer approves the final virtual
LSA proceeds with pad-printing screens and wire bending tooling
LSA prepares PrePros....~ 10-12 days after receipt of deposit
With LpC projects, the final pack count can now be determined
LSA sends PrePros to customer for approval
Upon approval, LSA proceeds with the production (depending on the quantity, usually takes 20-25 days)
2-3 weeks later the order is completed and ready to ship
A few days later, order loaded onboard cargo ship and departs port of Shanghai (depends on space availability in the cargo hold)...or, shipped via FedEx International Priority - goods arrive at customer destination, in 2-3 days.
LSA submits 40% progress payment invoice (ocean)
25 days later....ship arrives, goods unloaded and shuttled to LSA warehouse
Order delivers to customer in less than 5 days (depends on destination location and FedEx-ground carriage time)
Final NET10 billing sent to customer
